Hiring Retainers and Specialists

Recruitment: Potential retainers can be located at the various taverns in Decantar. Applicants are recruited through negotiation over their compensation.

Standard compensation: 100 gp per class level, and a half share of treasure.

Recruitment: Locating specialists requires posting notices of help wanted, and it may take several weeks before a response. Responses will depend on the availability of the specialist sought in the area and the generosity of the offer.

Wages and upkeep: Are expected, and not not factored into the generosity of the offer when seeking a specialist.
